How to Request a Return
- Email us at nordichairsystem@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours
- Ship the product back to the address we provide
- Once received, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in their original condition (used or unused both accepted)
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us with photos within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to return the damaged item.
Exchanges
Need a different shade or product? Contact us — we'll arrange an exchange instead of a refund. You only pay return shipping.
