Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for return:

- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging

- The product must be unused

- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be included

How to return:

Please contact us by email before sending the item back. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds:

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened hair products.
