We ship NOVRA™ Hair System products worldwide from our European fulfillment center. Here's what to expect when you order.

Delivery Times

• Norway: 3–7 business days
• European Union: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — the exact threshold is shown in your cart.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at nordichairsystem@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
